Thirty years ago yesterday , I began my career in education as a teacher assistant in a local high school assisting small groups of withdrawal students in reading, spelling, mathematics and life skills.

Today I’m a teacher of technology and media literacy for staff and students at a K to 8 school. I’m also covering grade 3 and grade 6.

I also blog about boy writers and the importance of addressing the fact that, for various reasons, some boys do not perform very well writing in a classroom environment.
